Total Body Circuit Training

Our High Intensity Circuit Training classes will get you firing on all cylinders. Embrace the energy of a group environment to push yourself to the limit and reach new heights. The classes are fast, fun, & challenging for all. They can be tailored for every individual by tweaking exercises and adjusting the weights used. We will incorporate a range of functional exercises using bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, clubs, med balls, boxes and much more.

High Speed For Maximum Results

If you’re looking for a new program to add to your routine, you may want to give Tabata a try. Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring multiple four minute routines. Tabata has been proven to increase both aerobic and anaerobic fitness beyond many traditional forms of exercise. Workouts are short but intense and provide maximum results.

30 minute core burner

Power Core is our new 30 minute class focused on core strength and stability. Using both static and dynamic movements to promote improved movement control. This is a fun class that will target your abs, obliques, and glutes. Drop in to feel the burn.

Yoga Flow for All Levels

Traditional Vinyasa flow class that focuses on breath work, strengthening muscle groups and increasing flexibility. Moderately paced class in a non-heated environment that offers posture modifications for each level. Conscious flow style highlighting proper alignment of poses. Suitable for all levels.

Beach Bootcamp circuit training will be the most energizing and stunning workout of your week. Combining the beauty of Brigantine Beach with high intensity training will boost you physically and provide you with mental clarity. Each workout will be fun and creative, utilizing the natural environment as well as some of our great equipment. Join now for a killer beach burn.

Get an edge on the competition with our sports performance and conditioning program. This 8 week program is designed for the young athlete who wants to improve functional performance. Our priority in these sessions is safe and effective progression. Improving stability, balance, coordination, and agility before moving onto strength, endurance and power once the athlete is ready.
