BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS

TO THE OCT 5TH EVENT

• This is an outdoor weather event and may be canceled at anytime as safety requires.
  
  
• Advanced ticket sales will be closed Friday October 3rd at 5:00pm.  If it is determined that additional seating is available, we reserve the right to reopen registration further at any time. 
  
  
• The Chamber is a NonProfit and the suggested donation ticket price of $10 is considered a donation and as such is non refundable.
  
  
• "Day of" tickets will only be made available if we do not reach maximum occupancy. 
  
  
• The only guarantee to a VIP spot on the sand is to have a prepurchased ticket.
  
  
• Tailgating 4x4s are allowed on the beach from the north end of the event at 12th Street North entrance only starting at 11:00am.
  
  
• NO CITY 4x4 PERMIT REQUIRED.
  
  
• There is no charge to the trucks for this event as we cannot guarantee visibility of the screen from your parking location.
  
  
• Trucks will be parked in a first come, first served order - in a staggered pattern to allow for tailgating and increased visibility from multiple rows.  You must park where our volunteers assign you. 
  
  
• Trucks may only begin to "Line up" at 10:30am the day of the event from the 12th Street direction;  Ocean Drive must be kept clear.
  
• Anyone on the street sooner will be asked to clear the street for safety.
  
  
• All 4x4 parking will be closed once trucks reach back to the 12th street entrance or as determined for safety.
  
  
• No one is to park on or at the Dunes.  A safety lane for police and emergency transport will be maintained the length of the event and the dunes. 
  
  
• 4x4 riders who may want closer viewing are encouraged to prepurchase a VIP ticket.  That is the only guarantee for a seat in the VIP area at this event.
