NO 4x4 permit required. 

4x4 will enter from 12th street south entrance, STARTING at 3pm and not before. 

If you plan to be a patron of LaScala's during the event and stay in the LaScala's outside area, you do not need Chamber tickets a smaller outside screen will be visable.  All those for the giant screen and in Chamber seating or 4x4 attending, do require tickets and wrist bands to attend.
